Re Entry While staying abroad . for long time.
Hello everyone ,
Please help me to resolve this problem.
Our family won the Green Card and own the card it self.
Two of our family members (of 4) staying in the US. But two other members staying abroad for about a year .
They have been comming here (US) once every 6 months for a few weeks. for the past year. and hopping to stay abroad for another year.
Only one encounter with the border officer that asked them why are not staying here . and he let them pass, and second time was not a problem.
That was Once every 6 months lest year.
There for:
Question is ;
1. Can they come only once (1) a year instead of every 6 months.
2. Does the 6 months is risky too?
3. Will they have problems this year?
4. Can you please clarify for me the rules of being abroad for a long time, because its kinda general .
