  • Address change when moving out of the country with GC

    Hello,

I am a Green Card holder. My husband now got transferred out of the US with his company and I already applied for the re-entry permit as well as already had my biometrics. The only question which nobody seems to be able to answer is - do I need to change my address to the address abroad (I still have an American address as I own a business in the US) and if so - which form should I use. The AR-11 only applies to address changes within the country.

    Thanks for your help.

The entire intent of a GC is you have a permanent address in US.

I am not a lawyer and you need to consult with one to validate any info posted on the forum and discuss your case specifics. H1b Question? Read the FAQ first.
