Re-entry permit: Case Status question

Can anyone tell me if this means approved or denied. In the past, I131 case status would say approval notice sent. This message is worrisome.

most likely denied... otherwise it would read "approval notice sent"

I received the approval notice. If its denied, apparently they mention denied in the case status email
