Biometrics wait time for Re-entry Permit

Does anyone know how long it takes to get a biometrics appointment once you submit an application for a re-entry permit?

On the instructions for applying for the I-131 there are details on how to expedite the process. Has anyone done this and do you know how much quicker the appointment will be if you expedite the application.
