photo misplaced

my photo was misplaced in the USCIS database with my husband's photo during green card processing. We received green cards with correct photos and traveled to abroad and when we return we found that the photos were not changed in the USCIS database and we were asked to identify the photos in the profiles. What to do in this case?
Please let me know which number I need to call to find out the information or let me know if you know further information how we can resolve this system.
