Removing Conditions on Green Card and Affadavit of Support

Hello,

I just want to make sure before I file all of the paperwork for my husband that I do not need to fill out another affadavit of support.
Can someone confirm that I just need to fill out an I-751 and that's it?

No. but you do need to include these:
Copy of the marriage certificate
Copy of the Greencard
Copy of the last two years of joint tax return
Copy of joint bank account, utility bills, insurance, etc.

I thought that I already submitted that when we went through the immigration process the first time around.

The whole point of I-751 is to prove the marriage is still valid and real:

So you need to send those evidence for the last two years since you got your greencard. Without the above evidence, you will not get the waiver.
