This is my friend's problem, quoted from her:
"I am a Canadian/Honduran citizen who has lost her social security card, green card, and canadian citizenship card. I do have my Honduran birth certificate and my expired Canadian passport. To resolve my problems I need all my lost documents and to renew my passport."
What should she do to get all this straightened out? We definitely don't want her stuck in Canada, unable to return.
