Hello,
I have a question. I have a green card that is valid until 2016. Last November my wife and I devorced and I went back to Holland. But I really start to miss living in Minnesota and I'm concidering going back there to live.
Now I looked for info on rules to be allowed to go back and live in the States. But I'm not clear on how this works. On May 15th of this year I left the States 6 months ago. Is it true that I cannot re-enter after that date? Because I also see mention of 1 year. Is it possible for me to get an additional 6 months to save money and arrange things here before I go back?
