Help, can't read my receipt number!

Hi guys, I'm hoping one of you can help me out. My husband and I recently filed our I-751 to remove conditions of residence, but have yet to receive our receipt notice. We filed on March 30th and the check was cashed on April 3rd. It's been two full weeks now since the check was cashed, and based on others' experiences it seems like we should have received it by now.

I remember reading that they write the receipt number on the check. I pulled the image from my bank and the number is there. The problem is some of the numbers are not legible, and I've literally tried almost every combination I can think with no luck. I used to study a bit of graphology, but I have had to give it up since going back to school.
If I were to look at these numbers, my best guess would be that the numbers are EAC0918300055. The only questionable number that I see would be the nine. I did try all of the numbers 0-9 in this slot, but I couldn't get to see the USCIS site to cooperate. I did fiddle with the 8 since that looked a little bit questionable as well.
I would certainly try to give those USCIS guys a call though since it has been over two weeks and you have proof they have cashed your check. Best time to call them is right when they open at 8 a.m. and press 1 and then 2, and then select the last option on that menu. That's how to get to a live person.
