Need Quick Help please

Hi, i need some answers . My family won Green Card at loterry..but they expired for 2,5 years and we are not in UsA.We had some problems in Romania and couldnt go to US .Is it lost or we can renew it?
.All family members got it(but expired).

You have lost it unless a re-entry permit was obtained.
