Can I get a second re-entry permit?

Hello,

please advice me on this one.

I have been a Permanent USA resident since February 2006.
I have been 3 times in the USA in 2006 and 2007, altogether for the period of 4 months.
In December 2007 I applied for a Re-entry permit becasue I still had school to finish in Europe. I got it and it expires in August 2010.

I would like to extend my stay outside of USA at least for 1 more year after the date that my re-entry permit expires.

I thought of flying to US and applying for a new one.

HOWEVER, this is my biggest concern: Do you think I have a chance of getting one again? What are the conditions to get one?

ASLO, what is a good reason to state out on the applicaiton. First time it was due to University. Shall I use that again?
