That I know about send documentation to Remove Condition on Residence is within 90 days before the 2 years expiration on GC....BUT I mailed my form dated on 10-20-09 when my GC expires on 01-22-10, they returned my documentation due to I filed prior to the 90 days, the form I filed expired 10/31/09 do I have to wait for a new version and what about my check, did I lost that money, please help.
