Enering US with Valid Reentry Permit WITH ABSENCE OF OVER TWO YEARS

Hi

If some one applied for renetry permit and left country. Processing of renetry took above six months. So official validity of Rententy date is TWO YEARS FROM THE DATE IT WAS APPROVED.

So now since person left early can he REENTER TO US WITH ABESENSE OF ABOVE TWO YEARS (28 MONTHS) with VALID (UNEXPIRED) Reentry Permit.

Do he/she will be in trouble since stayed out of country for morethan TWO YEARS.

Does he/she is considered has abondened US PERMANENT RESIDENCE?

If CBP figure out LPR was out ABOVE two years on Unexpired Reentry Permit Do the LPR will automaticaly be asked to produce documents that proove that he/she has not abondended his permanent residence in US?

if so what documents can proove that?
