Re-entry Form

Hello,

I came across your website on information of reentry form for green card holder. I just wanted to know by any chance would you know if that form is required for traveling less than 6 months? The thing is that I do not have citizenship status in the US or in any other countries. I do have a permanent resident card in the US. So is it possible to travel out of the US with out a passport and a reentry form?

Reentry permit is not required for less than 6 months.

However, passport is required to travel in and out of the US.
