Dear Sir/Madam
My family of 3 (myself,wife and 1 kid) have won the green card lottery in 2005 and when did the necessary papperwork and moved to USA in 2007 from South Africa,we tried to do things in USA but it did not work so we back in South Africa for 2 years and every year we go back to re-new our green-cards...
Please can you let me know if it is necessary for my 14 year old son to go to re-new his card every year because he is a student and this year the vacations are different because South Africa is hosying the soccer World Cup and the timing is totally out for him to come with???
Please let me know the legalities as well as to file for taxes cause we have received tax forms to 2007 and the rest but we still need to sort them out ????
