Abandoned status

Hi there, long story short, my step dad is a US citizen, so is my Brother and sister. Due to family issues i was out of the US for over 2 years, i had to surrender my green card when i went over for a holiday about 1 year ago. My family wants me back out there. How do i reapply for a green card, do i need a sponsor? will abandoning my status count negatively on my reapplication?

You dad can sponsor you.

You will have to start all over again. Process at https://www.immihelp.com/family-based-greencard/

There is no problem if you abandoned it earlier.
