I 90 Part 3 questions

I have GC and applying for renewal through I 90. Here is the relevant information.

I 485 sent to Mystic Lake, TX
Receipt Notice received from Lee’s Summit, MO
My interview was held in Newark, NJ and the letter which has date and address for the interview was from Lee's Summit, MO

what would be answers in my case for below questions??

Location where you applied for an immigrant visa or adjustment of status

Location where your immigrant visa was issued or USCIS office where you were granted adjustment of status

Finger print appointment was done including 6 month extension of GC.
Next Step is either new GC mail or interview if any questions
