Enter US with ReEntry permit

My 3 years daughter has a reentry permit valid for 2 years , but she dont have the green card as she didnt recive it before, I applied for her I-90 application to replace permanent residence card online as per the USCIS officer advise , she did the biometric and her case is under process. However she already have A number and 1 year I-551 temporary stamp on her passport. We are afraid that it may take longe time till she receive her green card. Currently she is outside US and she will come back after 1 year.

My question is can she enter US with the reentry permit even if the I55 stamp expired .
