Hi there,
I am a green card holder and now I applied for citizenship. The interview was completed and passed. Waiting for oath. Between oath and now, I am planning for a trip to india for 6 weeks. My concern, will I stopped in re-entry becuase I am out of job for more than 1 year with Green card. But I had severance run for 6 months so I paid my salary and taxes for 2009. This year, I am getting unemployment benefits now. Do you see issue with travelling? do you forsee any stoppage on reentry?
