Expiration of re-entry permit and travel restrictions due to Covid-19
Hi,
My parents have obtained a re-entry permit before their last visit to India. They were supposed to fly back to US in March, but due to the travel restrictions placed by the country, they are not able to return to the US. Their ren-entry permits are going to get expired in May. What should I do in this situation? Is there any way that I can contact USCIS and resolve this issue.
