On GC outside USA 6month restriction

My mom is currently in India and she will be completing 6 month being outside of US by end of May. Due to COVID-19 not sure when she will be able to travel back. Is there anything needs to be filed with USCIS? Any additional documents needed at reentry? Thanks in advance for your help here.

There is no "6 month restriction". The green card is valid for entry after an absence of less than 1 year.
