I need a help about one issue,
My dad deported from chicago airport as on his arrival to US.
He had B1/B2 visa (one time renewed again sanction for 10 years)
He visited USA more then 12 time but never over stay or no felon to any offense.
INS officer say he did not clear his intention to the consulate at the time of the renewal of the visa (Where actually he did his daughter and son are in US on legal status one on H1 and other on F1, to meet them and his 4 sisters and 1 brother also in US)
He also bar for 5 years. I need help to what to do next, what will next step we can forward?
