I recently received a notice to appear before an immigration judge for a master calendar hearing. At the hearing, my attorney informed the judge that i was in the process of filing my battered spouse waiver I-751 when i received the notice to appear. The judge gave me four months to file the now completed I-751 and hopefully get a response by the next court hearing. Can anyone give me advice about the odds of my greencard being re-instated by the USCIS.
