is it going to be a problem for me to show my name on two different lease one with me and my wife and the other one will be only on my name for my friend.Can uscis realize that my name is on 2 lease? Thank you

Should not be a problem but you may have to explain why.
Btw, why would the lease only be in your name and not your friends ? Technically, he should have the lease in his name and you as the co-signer.
