They are not checking the USPS information but what they have on their system. In other words, USPS is saying that they did not receive the GC for delivery and the USCIS system has a record of delivery.
Have you filed an e-request? Can you attach documents? Can you add a letter explaining the situation with a letter from USPS for your tracking? Maybe ask for help from your representative? I understand the other option is to request a replacement but that is very expensive.Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
