When you entered last time, Did CBP officer gave yyou hard time?

Last time when I entered, they just had a look at my GC and waved me in at EWR.

I had applied for RP in July 21, and am yet to get a decision on the same. They are taking considerable amount of time, processing the same due to pandemic. I hope, I get the same before my travel.

So when is your travel scheduled? How long have you been out of states?

It was OK when I was outside for 13 months during Covid time but got hard time , when I was out of country for 5 months and again 5 months . Luckily I-131 reentry was in process which saved me to enter.

As per Immigration offficer - If you are outside for less than 6 months then you should be in USA for next 6 months in a year - unless you should have applied/received reentry permit.
