GC holder- left the USA in jun 2018.

My mother left the us in mid June of 2018. She hasn’t been back to the states since the day she left.

She was granted the 10 year permanent residency green card.

She’s currently living in Mexico.

I tried to call USCIS for info on her GC status but haven’t been successful.

Is she eligible to re enter the USA with her current green card by land?

What are her options after been abroad for almost 3 years?

You probably need to apply for a returning resident visa.If you enter on your GC, there is a real risk you will be handed a Notice To Appear and it will be up to an immigration judge to decide if you abandoned LPR status.

Does she have to interview in CD Juarez again if returning resident visa is approved?
