I’m submitting this form for my mother currently living in Mexico.
A. Is it ok to use my us home address on application instead of a mex address in order to get all correspondence and follow up?
B. The following items are required:
“Examples: Form I-151, I-551, Reentry Permit, etc”
Including proof of lawful permanent resident.”
is the form I-151 the actual green card?
Submitting the original “green card” acceptable?
