sb1 returning visa ds-117
I just have a quick question on form ds-117 section 8-d (attached here)
This section of the ds-117 asks for adjustment of status. My immigrant visa was issued on May/2011 and my green card on Aug/2012. For the purpose of filing this form, Is this considered an adjustment of status made the date my card was issued (8/21/2012) and place where I was living: NYC?
