That's nice. I filed N400 too but they haven't done this to me yet it just says case is being actively reviewed whatever that means! Good luck to you

My biometrics are 5/3. It looks like they merged both cases at NBC and will proceed as combo I guess

Interesting. They reused my biometrics from I485 few years back.

so what happened to i-751? did they approve i-751 or will you have combo interview for i-751 and n-400 at the same time?

It wasn’t specified. The notice is about N-400 interview and doesn’t say nothing about I-751. They also don’t require my spouse to be with me at the interview.

Bring your spouse regardless. There have been countless posts where the spouse was not required to be at the interview because it was going to be just an N-400 interview YET they did a combo interview. Spouse must be present for I-751 interview.

We’ll go together. But, they clearly stated that due to the covid restrictions they will allow to enter only people from the interview notice.

N-400 passed, the oath scheduled, no spouse required on the interview.
I’m glad to say my journey is over, good luck everyone 😉
