Question regarding support documents for form I-751- Our package is too big

HI everyone, we are in the process of preparing my wife's petition to remove conditions on residence (form I-751). Our "evidence of the relationship" section of the package is quite comprehensive (2 years of financial records, pictures, etc) and therefore it is a big, thick package. We are trying to reduce the size. Instructions for this form states to provide "complete joint Federal and State Tax returns". Do they mean the complete entire tax returns (including every single page)? Our combined Fed/State tax returns for each tax year is around 40+ pages. Should we include every page of the entire tax returns? I think it makes sense to only include first few pages (including Fed/State signature pages) for previous 2 years. We do not want to send too much but do want to meet their requirements. Please let us know. Thank you in advance for your response.

USCIS prefers Tax transcript. You can get it from the IRS website.

For the bank and credit card statements - I only submitted 4 statements per year. I was approved without any RFE and interview.

Generally speaking, USCIS are only interested in federal returns.

I don't think having too much evidence has been a problem. My I-751 application weighed 14lbs and was about 600 pages. If you have the evidence, you might as well submit it...

longee94 Thank you. I think ours is about the same! I downloaded tax transcripts from IRS web site, so I reduced the number of pages by 70!

If you have the evidence, send it. We sent every bank statement and everything else since the date of the marriage. The package weighed 13.6 lbs - did not count the pages. ????

We have 2 years of bank and all major utilities statements, insurances, pictures, etc. My only concern is to be able to fit them into a FedEx package so that it looks like any other FedEx delivery, despite it's weight/size. I would just utilize USPS' flat rate priority mail service. It's often cheaper than FedEx. I was able to get my evidence into a medium flat rate box and it only cost $15.05.

I simply brought the package to Fedex and they provided the box. We sent it overnight only because my spouse's green card was about to expire. I would use either Fedex or UPS. I am not a big fan of USPS. All the best, USCFFS

For the most part, I don't think there is much difference between UPS, Fedex, and USPS. With the exception of my N-400, which I filed online, I sent all my documents via USPS (priority mail or priority mail express). I found USPS was significantly more cost-effective than FedEx or UPS. Frankly, I don't know why they don't just let you submit the I-485/I-751 online.
