Filing Waiver I-751 Conditional Green Card without ex spouse after Divorce

Could anyone share experiences and timelines about filing this form after divorced please? Thank you so much in advance.

I read it somewhere that i751 is not the priority of USCIS no idea if it is true or not but in my case, the same thing happened I applied in Feb 2019 my interview done almost 3 months ago still no response.
