Do you get a notice from uscis before filing 1-751?

My informed delivery shows that I have a notice from uscis coming in and I am suprised and concerned because I have had my greencard for 2yrs already and I am due to file for the 10yrs by month end.My question is do they notify you when it’s close to the time?

That is likely the standard letter reminding you to file the I-751. Nothing to be worried about. Just make sure that you file within the 90 day window - not early and not late.
