GC Removal of condition for minor

Unfortunately even with the 90 window for renewal I have no choice but to submit my daughter's green card removal of condition (I-751) separate from mine as she got her GC 6 months after me. What documents do I submit for proof? Same ones I sent in for mine? All the joint stuff with my husband?
