    Joint I-751 Inquiry:

    1. Husband got into a little fight whilst in England years before we met. Police Report was submitted I-485.
    No issues at Interview.

Do we have to answer Yes to Question 20?

    Joint I-751 Inquiry:

    1. Husband got into a little fight whilst in England years before we met. Police Report was submitted I-485.
    No issues at Interview.

Do we answer Yes to Q20 on Page 2/11 and resubmit Acro Report and explanation?

    2. Do we have to resubmit Itneries/Trips/Purchases/ Gift Receipts, etc. that we had included when we submitted I-485?

    3. Is there a minimum amount we must have shown in our Savings Account?

Currently I am employed whilst my Husband is Home looking after our little ones.

    Thank You!

    1. You may want to be consistent on i-751 responses matching your i-485. If you said yes on i-485, knowing they have a copy of it, keep the response the same in i-751
    2. In our case we are including some pictures going back to timeline after getting married (which was included in i-485). Since our i-751 package is quite thick already, we are providing only 24 months of bank statements, etc. I think you can do what you are comfortable with. We did spend a lot of time organizing the package with tabs at each section to make materials easy to find.
    3. I can not imagine USCIS would care about account balance. They are looking at ownership (account being held jointly) and being active (deposits, withdraws as needed for your daily needs).

    Wish you all the best.

Hi SouthBay2019, good to hear from you again, I think we have the same timeline with the i-485 and here we are now with the i-751.
      I agreed with you.
Hey, I am going to send my package with 6 months of bank statements and think it's very thick. You are providing 24 months? Seriously? Now I second question myself! LOL

        re. Statements.
Did you include every page or just 1-2 Page of each monthly Statement showing Joint Account?

Hi JC7JC7, Good to hear from you. I am sure you will be fine with what you have. There is no right or wrong answer. What I think is important is the way final package is put together to make it easy to review. We have cover letter, check, application and then a summary page followed by each section being identified by tabs at the bottom of the page. Ultimately contents are very important. For each statement we printed the first page or two. We have also consolidated pictures into a few pages. Anyway, wishing you continued success.

Just 1-2 page for each monthly statement. I highlighted our names and statement date.
