Filing I-751, how to mark envelope?

Hi all,

I am preparing to file my i-751 packet and have a question regarding the markings that go on the envelope.
Per the USCIS website, it states:

• Mark the envelope and the cover letter with the nature of the submission. For example, Original Submission, Brief for an Appeal, or Response to Request for Additional Information.
• Mark the envelope and the cover letter with the form number. For example, I-129, I-130, I-690 or I-698.

I have seen a number of YouTube videos where the applicant places their application packet in a brown envelope, marked with the information above. They then place this envelope inside a Fedex or US Postal Service envelope.

Do I need to mark the Fedex or US Postal Service envelope with the above information as well?

I just put my evidence in a flat-rate box and sent it to USCIS.
