Hello everyone, just pushing up the thread in the forum.
Texas Service Center seems to be moving at a fast clip for 751s at around 10 months.
If by any chance someone with a 751 assigned to LIN has received their approvals in the past 3 months, we would love to read from you.
Otherwise, lets keep each other posted.

    Cheers,
    ????

      Hello Fellow LIN filers,

Last February someone in the Texas processing center thread reported that they had approval for removal of conditions at Day 291 from filing date.
Any one has an update of theirs in the LIN processing center?
Today is day 292 for our application for removal of condition.

      Cheers / Happy Mother's Day

Congratulations! and thank you for posting your update for the LIN processing center, I am sure this gives every one in the thread a hopeful outlook that our cases will be approved in the same timeline as yours (12 mos. is awesome!). Wishing you the best of luck in your next steps to N-400.

            Cheers,

Anyone have feedback about Seattle N-400 processing actually setting back the I-751 ROC processing as well?

You need to contact USCIS my friend, that is a long time to wait for results of an interview. I hope you have an online USCIS account.
Get an infopass appointment at toll free number is 800-375-5283 (TTY 800-767-1833) Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm Eastern.
                  Best of luck

                        Hi Yassine213

Just checking in how your I-751 is moving @ LIN processing center.
You would be around the 16 month wait for most recent approvals and will appreciate you posting an update.

                        Cheers,

Gaps - the processing time for Lin has been reduced from 17.5 to 17 months. I am a June 2021 filer so I am expecting to get a reply by November 2022...Crossing fingers. Did you file for citizenship already?

                            Hi B_Andie,

Today we did file our N400. But it took us about 3 days to complete the application as we wanted to front load all the documents that the online form required.
So for those applying from a pending ROC status (on AOS, marriage to US citizen spouse), the N400 form is self-explanatory, but again be ready for the documents that need to be uploaded:

                            - Past 3 years IRS documents showing you have filed/paid tax

                            - Passport scan of your U.S. citizen spouse

                            - Joint financial documents, bank accounts, credit cards

                            - Insurance documents, life, property, auto

                            - Other evidence

For the tax documents I only scanned my 1040 returns for 2021, 2020, and 2019, I plan to get tax transcripts for myself and my spouse at a later date when an interview is scheduled, because that's when you'll possibly need it (in this regard, consider signing up an ID.me + IRS account so you can request transcripts online).

For the joint financial documents we scanned a selection of joint bank account statements, 3 months for 2022 (June, May, April), 2021 (July, June, May), 2020 (July, June, May), 2019 (July, June, May), 2018 (July, June, May) - note we scanned these and uploaded as one file - we assumed that we had to show joint financial documents since marriage.

We also scanned credit cards, FSA cards, health insurance cards, and uploaded as one file.

The only other evidence we uploaded is a selection of photographs from date of marriage to about last month when we had a wedding in the family.

The confirmation of application fee payment was immediate by email.

USCIS confirmation of receipt of application still to come.

Our local office is in Seattle, WA.

                            Cheers,

                            G&A

                            AOS, marriage to US Citizen

                              Hello LIN I751 Filers,

Bumping up this thread to find out if any one has any update to share?

LIN is still at 17 mos. average processing time, and it is likely some of you are like us who have now sent our N400 application while the I-751 is pending,

We figured why not, if LIN proves to be truly a 17 month wait, we would save a 5 month wait, by going forward with N-400 naturalization, because our local office is processing N400s at only 12 months.

                              Cheers,

                              Gaps0214

We filed my husbands I-751 through LIN in May of 2021. His case was updated to the biometric appointment being waived in June 2021 and we have been at a standstill ever since. We filed N-400 at the end of July 2022. I am hoping the N-400 doesn’t stop him from receiving his 10 year green card in the next couple months.
