Hi Everyone,
I will be having my interview for immigration Visa soon through NIW program. It looks after the interview I will be receiving the immigration Visa, then I will have 6 months to land in US (I live in Canada), and then I will have another six months (or 1 year, some say) to move in to US. As the process of getting a job offer might be tricky and time-consuming, I would like to make sure how much time I will have until I have to finally settle in.
I don't want these delays to cause any issues in my process and would like it goes smoothly. As well, if I cannot find a nice job offer, and I hope this won't happen, I might stay in Canada as I have a well paid job and everything here. So, if I don't move to US on time, would that be a big issue and cause of trouble later if I want to visit US?
Thanks,
Mo
