Hi All,
I am checking the processing times for I-751 cases on a regular basis on the USCIS website. Last September, the receipt date for a case inquiry was somewhere end of 2019 and then 1 month after it jumped to January 2021. I was super enthusiastic but also pretty skeptical. One month after that on November 1st, the receipt date for a case inquiry jumped back to early 2020. As of today, it is now February 28, 2020, and the processing times range is 7 to 22 months. There is a note in red that says that now their updates will be based on 6 months of data instead of one.
Does anybody know what cases they are really processing currently (especially the SF office)? I filed for my second green card (Form I-751) in July 2021 and I am wondering if I should resign myself to have to wait another 1 year and a half.
