Hi everyone,
Have a question on changing the last names. I am Turkish national and I have to acknowledge my embassy on my marriage. Turkish laws require a last name change if you are married, I can use both maiden and married last names.
My question is I have a pending i751, I have to renew my passport and it has to be under my two last names (maiden and married). What should I do? Do I need to inform USCIS? Or wait to get my 10 year green card? Can I travel with a green card on maiden name and passport on married name?
