Re-Entry Permit application question

Hi,

Applied Green card for my family - I-485, I-765 & I-131. Our I-485 application got approved and got the green card and I-765 & I-131 application status shows as case is received. Now can i apply for Re-Entry permit I-131 for my wife & kid ?

Your question is not clear to me. Did your family receive GC or only you?
If all received GC, are your wife and kid need to travel abroad for more than a year?

Don't worry about I-765 and I-131 status, once you receive the GC those are no longer valid.

All received GC. Yes my wife and kid are planning to travel abroad for more than one year.

If they want to travel outside US for more than an year, you need to apply for re-entry permit for them. Yes, you can apply for one, right after receiving the green card.
