Got RFE today to provide more evidence for bona-fide marriage

RFE has 3 points
1. Debit cards you provided with Statements has different card numbers on them and are Listed on the statements
2. Tax returns does not show they are accepted by IRS.
3. Phone bill and health insurance has only my name on it.
( when I switch to T-mobile I just had 1 line then I added my wife on her birthday and gifted her a phone. Later when I ask tmobile to add my wife on account they said they can't add 2 people in the bill. The health insurance has my name but not in the address section of the paper work I sent them.)
I am little nervous because we are now divorced and I was about to file for the waiver and now got this RFE making me feel like my case is messed up....
need advice on how to respond to this rfe....

I'd say if you can't provide the requested documentation, send an explanation of why that's the case (assuming you have a good explanation) and I'd send additional bona fide evidence instead. If that's not possible, perhaps you should consult with an attorney.
