Filling for re-entry permit I-131
Hello,
I need some help with my re-entry permit I-131, I will send my package (I-130/I-485/I-765/I-864) want to send the form I-131 and need the some help with some questions:
Part 3 - 1. Date of intended departure and 2. Expected lenght of trip: can I put "Unknown" on both questions? (I only intend to use my re-entry permit to visit my country in case of emergency)
In the form I have downloaded from USCIS it stated on part 3 "if yoy are applying for an advance parole document skip to part 7" does that means I don't have to explain the purpose of my future trips outside the country?
Do I need to send passport pictures or another type of document together with the form?
