H4 visa with NIW and EB1-A petition

I filed my NIW petition a month ago and will file my EB1-A petition in one week. Currently, I am on an H1-B visa and my I-797 is valid until August 18, 2024. I was terminated from my job on November 18th, 2022. According to my understanding, I have a grace period of 60 days to change my status.
I plan to apply for an H4 visa (dependent on my husband). If I file for an H4 visa, will it affect my NIW and EB1 applications? Should I file my H4 visa before or after filing my EB1-A?
