I believe I’m still eligible to request a Greencard even after the divorce.
But I think I need to rescind my N-400 application
My question are
a ) What are the process & forms to inform USCIS about the current situation of undergoing a divorce when I-751 is pending?
b ) How to rescind the N-400 application, or it's not needed?
Timelines
2013, I entered the USA on a work VISA
2017, I got married to a US citizen.
2018, Applied for a Marriage based green card.
I already had a valid work VISA and a Job, so I did not apply for a green card until after 14-15 months
2019, Received my two-year conditional green card.
2021, Applied for GreenCard condition removal (I-751)
2021, Received (I-797) which auto extended my Green card for 2 years (2023)
2022, Applied for Naturalization (N-400)
2022 (December), We have decided to file for divorce for personal reasons.
Divorce is not finalized yet. Just started the paperwork.
