Wife born in vietnam, does she need visa to return?

Hi,

My vietnanese wife has lived in America for about 5 years and wishes to visit vietnam for a month and a half. She has her green card, vietnanese passport etc. Does she need a visa stamped in her passport to return? Or anything else?

Also my 5 yr old son was born in vietnam, does he need any sort of visa as well? (His passport is up to date)
