I recently got my green card approved and was sent by usps, usps claims they have delivered it, I haven’t received it, I am travelling abroad next week, can I use my advance parole card to re enter USA.

It's best to make an appointment at your local USCIS office to get an I-551 stamp, since you need to travel internationally and haven't received your green card yet. I am not sure whether they would force you to file an I-90 to replace the lost green card.

This happened to me way back with my conditional greencard.
According to tracking, it was delivered. But I know it wasn’t so I went to USPS/post office the following day… it was there and it wasn’t delivered yet! It looks like they accidentally pressed “delivered” when it reached my local post office.
Please try to go to your local post office and see if they have it. If they don’t, then I second newacct’s suggestion.
