04/07/2023 - Payment deducted on credit card
04/13/2023 - Case is been actively reviewed by USCIS - status online.
04/13/2023 - Biometric reuse notice posted online

On May 12 - Sent package to remove conditional card
On May 16 - USCIS show “Case was received and a receipt notice was sent” (got a case number by contact USCIS because USPS still shows that my mail is still in the middle of somewhere )

’Till now (May 22), check has not been cashed yet and am waiting for the receipt.

’Till now (May 28), check was cashed, but I have not received USCIS receipt yet.

Oh Wow. I guess it's only me stuck for over 4 months now and has not seen biometrics being reused. I only see the case was received.

not just you. I sent my docs in October of 2022, they cashed check and said case received. It is now almost June 2023 and it’s stuck on that. Never got biometrics reused notice, but I did get two extensions, first one was for 2 years, then I received another one for 4. Which makes me super concerned about how long it will really take…

I see. Glad to know that I am not alone at least. I will just file for citizenship when I complete my time of 3 years. That might help get this approved quicker.

Me too. The document has been submitted since September 2022 but has not been processed so far.

Did anyone get any USCIS letter prior to conditional green card expiring/submitting I-751?

USPS lost a letter from USCIS. My informed delivery notification says I'm expected to receive one but it's been 3 weeks and I never got it, My conditional green card is expiring in 100 days so I imagine it might be related to that.

Can anyone tell me (or share a copy) what that USCIS letter contains? I'm preparing my I-751 but there might be impt info there that I need. TIA
