After getting a GC

Hello:

I am an immigrant and got 2 yr of GC in my pocket. Me and my wife are not going along together so well.

Will my 2 yr GC will be terminated if I divorce her? We are planning to be married and be separated. So that I can show in my 2nd immigration interview that we are connected.

Any advice on this? Thanks!
