Hi,
I was on an H1-B visa and got a conditional 2 year Green Card after marrying a US Ciizen in September 2010. It is up for renewal in September 2012. I am outside the US and we are not geting along too well for the last few months. I am thinking of filing for a divorce. If it does happen, how does this affect my green card status? Will I still be able to apply for the regular green card in June 2012? If not, then will be able to cange my status back to my H1-B? Please advise.
